Work Description:

• Remediate issues/requests for Epicor (ERP) and Power BI platforms.
• Manage Business Intelligence dashboards and datasets.
• Develop and maintain reports that support profitability analysis and tracking.
• Evaluate business systems for security and productivity.
• Ensure data integrity and communication between inter-related systems.
• Prepare detailed program specifications and identify required inputs.
• Participate in design, development, testing, and installation of systems.
• Collaborate with project plans, statements of work, or other forms of documentation.
• Serve as liaison between development teams and internal customer.
• Research new technologies that can improve business processes.
• Assist in development and distribution of tutorials, handbooks, user guides or other best practice documentation.
• Provide training to employees on systems and in-house applications.

Competencies:

• Performs work under general supervision. Handles basic issues and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Moderate experience and/or understanding of data analysis, visualization, and ETL tools.
• Advanced knowledge of computer applications and information technology.
• ERP Experience (Epicor ERP 10.2 Preferred) is desired.
• Power BI report and visualization experience is a plus.
• Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience with system development or support role, including Epicor.
• Advanced PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relational databases.
• Proficiency with scripting or query language(s) (C# and/or SQL is a plus).
• Background in finance
• CPA preferred

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 10lbs. occasionally.
• Mostly sedentary work, but may involve standing, climbing, stooping, bending, reaching, for brief periods of time.
